Shipping and Returns Policy.
Returns
For returns you must contact AMERiders within 14 days of receiving your
purchase, or we will not be able to offer you a refund.
Once we receive your notification that you need a return we will we will notify
you via e-mail of the address to return it to.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds if any are allowed:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card minus the 20% restocking fee within
7 to 10 Business days.
Please Note: All returns are accepted, however, not all returns may warrant a
refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be
refunded.
Exchanges
For exchanges you must contact AMERiders within 7 days of receiving your
purchase, or we will not be able to offer you an exchange.
Once we receive your notification that you need a exchange we will notify you via
e-mail of the address to return it to.
Exchanges are done for these items:
Wrong Size on item- to next size of the exact item. If for some reason we
do not have the size needed in that item we will work with you, to find a
solution for that works for you
Damaged in shipping
Anything that is not a Act of Nature
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will not be
eligible for a refund nor will we be able to exchange an item for you either. All
returns and exchanges and refunds must be done through AMERiders.
Shipping
AMERiders understands that you want your gear and accessories as soon as
possible, which is why we ship as fast as we ride.
Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping on anything under
$50.00 . Customers will pay a flat rate of $8.95 on all orders under $50.00. AMERiders pays shipping on
anything over $50.00 and supply you with a tracking number on all our products
so you can track your items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and supply a
tracking number for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please remember, there is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to
reach you, may vary.
If you are return shipping an item to us over $50, you should consider using
tracking with your shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not
guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customers must contact AMERiders if shipping is to be done outside of the
Continental US as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska as these places are considered
Global shipping.
If an order is needed to be shipped to any of these places outside the Continental
USA, customer will pay all extra shipping costs.
